Hotchkis & Wiley is a Los Angeles-based investment management firm known for its disciplined value investing approach and long-term perspective. Founded in 1980, the firm manages equity and high-yield assets for institutional and individual investors, focusing on deep fundamental research, risk awareness, and identifying undervalued opportunities across global markets.

The Ask

The project focused on modernizing the Hotchkis & Wiley Real Estate brand and digital experience to better communicate the firm’s expertise, scale, and differentiated approach through clearer storytelling and a more contemporary visual system.
